Super Friendly, Very Helpful, Awesome Experience
I ordered a complete appliance set for our kitchen remodel, consisting of Ilve stove and hood and Cafe appliances. They had all in stock, with the exception of Ilve, but that makes sense as it is custom built in Venice, Italy. Super easy process and Katie was very knowledgeable. I only needed to give her the products and she was able to compile all the extras we needed. One of the best and fastest experiences ever. Super friendly, and got all the pertinent information (invoice, rebates, manuals, etc) within seconds of placing the order. I'm definitely a fan and going to be a repeat customer.
