I wouldn't recommend it. The agent failed to secure the first driver on time, and the second driver wasn't confirmed until just before the final shipping day, resulting in an additional $100 fee due to the agent's error. Moreover, I had to initiate contact daily to get updates on the booking status. The agent's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, pressuring me to pay the extra fee to ensure the second driver. The pickup went well, but the delivery process was fraught with issues. The car was supposed to arrive on 12/26/2023 but was delayed by a day. The representative failed to communicate proactively, requiring me to reach out over 10 times for updates. Additionally, the representative inquired about payment without even verifying if I had received the car, which I hadn't at the time. Reflecting on this experience, I would not choose Easy Auto Ship again due to the excessive fees beyond our agreement, the lack of professionalism, passive customer service, and the delay in delivery.
