Disappointing experience, 2+ months and waiting
I originally ordered 5 fabric samples on October 23rd, planning to choose a fabric for a sofa cover. When the fabric samples arrived on November 2nd, none of the samples were correct and one sample was only the label sticker without any fabric attached. I emailed the company asking for the correct samples to be sent, and they arrived on November 16th. This experience made me apprehensive, I ordered the sofa covers though anyway due to the many good reviews. I placed the order on November 16th, the estimate for delivery was 14-28 days. We were primarily ordering the cover as we were hosting guests at Christmas. Until December 4th, I had not received any shipping confirmation. I contacted the company and was told the item would ship soon and received a tracking number for DHL on December 6th, stating the info had been electronically transmitted. Even after multiple inquiries, the shipping status did not update at DHL until December 27th. I cannot speak to the quality of the product as it has still not arrived. Overall this has been a disappointing experience. We intended to order a sofa cover in time to arrive for Christmas, which is why we started the process in October. Customer service was responsive and fast, though this didn't change the fact that even with 2 months of a head start we did not receive our order on time and are currently still waiting for the product.
