Don't expect ANY customer support if you order from their website. Try to order from a retailer like Amazon even if the price is a bit higher!
I am based in the UK. I ordered a miniPC from their website as there was nice discounts saving me around 40% from the price on Amazon. Sadly, I ordered it with the wrong plug type and tried to contact them everyday for 8 days, but no response, if you expect ANY customer support I WOULD NOT RISK ordering directly from them. Item is now shipped and seems to be with yodel now so should be getting it soon, if there are ANY issues with the item I will update the review, otherwise assume it was all good. I really hope there aren't any issues as I don't think it is possible to get any support from them.
