Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Ordered several dresses and then ordered a few as well from their “try on “ program. The try on program shipped instantly but didn’t fit so I returned them. My other order after two weeks had not shipped out - when contacted they said it took time to “make “ all the dresses prior to shipping. I did NOT order dresses made to order - just regular sizes they had on site. When I said I couldn’t keep waiting to get the dresses to try on and that they could just cancel the order. They said they would give me 40% refund for dresses that had never been shipped. Once we got that taken care of (after many emails and discussions they refunded only 80%). I have yet to receive my refund for the try ons I sent back. NOW I continue to get emails thanking me for my orders that I never ordered. When I click the link in the email to see what the items were it shows up under someone else’s account with MANY dresses being “processed” and a few shipped. When I try to log into my account t it pulls up this other person and I can no longer get into my account. So now I have to stop my credit card to make sure nothing gets charged on this card. Run and DO NOT ORDER from here!
