The entire team I worked with; Bill, Nico, and Mandy; was absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I fully understood what was happening and what was needed from me. They were extremely responsive, consistently providing timely updates and reaching out throughout the process to keep me informed. The Veterans United portal is also very user-friendly and clearly outlines the documents and information you need to submit, which made the process even easier. Overall, my experience was incredibly smooth and stress-free, especially when I stayed on top of submitting the requested documentation.I would highly recommend Veterans United to anyone who is eligible.
