Giftsur is a scam. Buyer beware
This company is a scam. They advertise high quality items with enhanced photos so they can secure good prices. I purchased a commemorative whiskey glass for $30. It arrived with a different shape and a decal that was wrinkled and crooked. I’ve been to China many times, this item would have cost under $5 in China. After complaining, they offered a 15% discount which I refused. They then offered 25% discount. Both offers allows them to make a nice profit. For a full refund, you must ship a $5 glass back to China and wait weeks for a refund. They clearly note you’re responsible for return costs to China. Quite the scam model. Make 700% profit on customers who don’t complain and 400% profit on those that request a refund. I’ve also noted 5 star reviews from people that ordered a commemorative whiskey glass. These certainly are company generated. No one could possibly be happy paying $30 for a cheap glass with a decal attached. I’ve seen better in truck stop shops.
