I bought from their ebay page fanxiang-official-store where the site explicitly states there warranty policy. Afrer my 4tb sata drives failed they direct me to fanxiangssd manufacturer page where they offered troubleshooting tips then ghosted. I don't understand how they are allowed to mislead customers about their warranty and still be allowed to sell their products.
