A company not recommended and with the worst technical service
Ulanzi sent me a smoke machine with bad batteries. They themselves acknowledged that the problem is general and that they would send batteries to everyone shortly. Shortly after, the batteries in my machine failed. Months went by and I asked them for the batteries that they were going to send free of charge and they never arrived. Ulanzi informed me that they did not have batteries and that I could buy them on a website. They gave me a 15 percent discount code. When I looked at that website I saw that they did not ship to my country, Spain. I informed them that I could not buy there because of this problem and Ulanzi no longer responded to my e-mail. A disappointment. An irresponsible company with the worst technical service in the world. They are cheap, but in the end cheap is expensive. Not recommended.
