Processing Orders with CJ dropshipping
My agent on the CJ dropshipping's chat Linda Feng was very courteous and understanding of my issue. She put an Urgent Rush on my Ticket, while I wait patiently on whether or not I can process my prepaid customer's order. I have had this issue with CJ dropshipping's ordering process numerous times. Like most human beings, I can't predict when someone is going to place an order on my online store. The fact that CJ dropshipping is not linked to their suppliers' inventory is frustrating because I've had to wait to see if a product is available before I can process my customers' orders and many times the prepaid ordered product was not available. I wish CJ dropshipping would somehow connect with their suppliers' inventory like Aliexpress does.
