Do not purchase a wig from this company and don't let the 4.9 star rating fool you it will not be anything like you see advertised on there website The 180% density looks more like a 150 and the length is not as advertised an 18-in looks more like a 14-in I don't know how they're doing their measurements, so please be very careful with this company You will be very upset save your money, they're advertisement is very deceiving
Be careful with this company the quality of the hair that you see advertised is not what they sent me.... I ordered yaki straight hair (SO I THOUGHT) and it is not yaki straight it is more of a synthetic blend... So please be careful... They are very dishonest

I placed an order on [January 5,2025 and Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service viia phone, email, chat], I have received no updates on the status of my order and the wig has still not arrived. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed by this experience. I have not received my order, have not received any communication regarding the delay, and have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. This lack of customer service and failure to fulfill my order is unacceptable. I demand a full refund for my order immediately. I will be sharing my negative experience with others on social media platforms and consumer review websites. Do not order from this company
