I HATE SCAMMERS…
I purchased a doll for my niece and the doll is nowhere near what was advirtised. I contacted the "customer support team" with picture and everything. They tried to offer a 10% discount. We went back and forth until they reached 35% off. I explained I wanted a full refund because Stevie Wonder can see these are two different dolls. They have given my a fictitious return address and although there website states they give full refunds they keep insisting on a partial refund.
