Customer service is top notch
Customer service is top notch! I ordered 2 bobbleheads (one male, one female with a dog). Both were created and delivered in less than 2 weeks. Customer service rep Mark was gracious in working with me with all of my changes and he kept me updated on the process. I was pleasantly surprised to receive them so quickly after my final approval. The bobbleheads are a very close match to the photos I supplied and I’m sure my friends will love them.
