couldn't be more difficult. absolutely horrible experience with this company. I bought a gift card to send to my friend in China... ok but... you can't just do that. You have to go through some bizarre "verification" process. Why...? I bought the gift card. I should be able to send it to whoever the heck I want!!! I had to upload (twice) my photo and goverment ID. Then I have to send the payment reciept. Which I did - twice! One from the email they sent me one from the paypal reciept. But it was rejected both times. Why??? They wanted my full bank account number. LIke no I'm not giving you my full bank account number. This is insane
