Very unhelpful
Item comes from China which was not mentioned at the order point. Tracking is zero help and they won’t cancel or refund. They keep emailing to say order dispatched, please wait. I will refuse the order. It’s too late for me now as it was a gift for someone. Very unhelpful people.
