DoorDash and KFC
I placed an order online in the evening. It was supposedly delivered by DoorDash to my 2nd floor apartment. I never received the order, so I called KFC immediately. They told me that they would check it out. I received an email the next day stating that there would be no compensation because the order was delivered. I called them back today and explained that there was a 202 in the building below me, and it must have been delivered there. I received another email basically saying the same thing as before. I do not like being called a liar. No more KFC for me. They handled the whole thing very poorly.
