I placed an order and it took a long time for it to supposedly be delivered. I contacted customer service and was given the run around. At each step they asked the same questions which I answered repeatedly. I never got my order and cannot get a replacement or refund despite repeated requests. It was the busy Christmas time and I never received another item from a different source. So I think it is a postal issue. I will not do business with foreign companies with no USA presence again. This is the third time I have been burned by a Chinese company with no presence in USA. The “customer service” is run by bots that cannot think or give any other answer but ask the same question again and again. Best to avoid
