Lack of delivery information
The only reason for this rating not being a five is a complete lack of being given any idea whatsoever when my order might be shipped. These were Christmas presents, and when I placed the order on Dec 10th, the confirmation email simply said that I would be notified when it was shipped. On Dec 13th I received that notification, but was given no idea of how long delivery would take. It was finally delivered on Dec 26th. This has to be the only purchase that we have made online all year that was not able to give us an estimated delivery date up front, which is ironic when this company is catering to geeks, some of the most technological up-to-date people out there.
