Very unhappy with product and return process
The product was not as described on the website. I purchased a "beige" sweatshirt in size large. It arrived as a grey sweatshirt and it is barely a size medium even though it is labeled as a large. The company has given me the run around with the return and expects me to pay for the return to China. Their return policy sounds nice, but it is a scam. 1/7/24. The company is not resolving the issue. They start with offering $5 refund then $8 then $15. You can send it back to China but they make you pay for it ($30) even though their website states that they will pay for a return for a defective item, which this was. The responses are all automatic. No one is resolving the issue. BEWARE!!!!
