I was struggling with my esim to be loaded on my new device. Logged into the WhatsApp line, and a lady by the name of Kim assisted me. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful! She assisted in the whole process with a new QR code so I could merge my old phone to this new one.. I was so impressed!!! She even informed me off all the other bundles I had not used. I was not even aware that I had not used them.. she was amazing! I was up and running in such a short space of time and ready for my European trip! Super happy!!!
