Wondershare MobileTrans doesn't recognize purchase
(Wondershare request #3398009, if you're with their tech support.) Downloaded and installed MobilTrans on Mac. Android and new iPhone connected as verified by MobileTrans app. Logged in and WhatsApp module purchase was verified, but clicking START only displays the BuyNow window. MobileTrans does not attempt to transfer WhatsApp files. Support sent a link to an updated version, but the same thing happens... Buy Now screen and no transfer. I've requested that they escalate to a senior support technician, but have not received a response after 7 hours. I'll request full refund of the PayPal payment after 12 hours if I haven't heard back. UPDATE: Eventually Wondershare responded and refunded my purchase. I appreciate the speed of the refund and the time they took with my issues.
