Not at all what the ads promised . . .
I purchased this software because it promised to transfer my text messages, contacts etc from my old iPhone 14 to my new iPhone 18. It never worked as promised. After numerous tries and fails - I was only able to get my contacts and my WhatsApp messages. Their tech support was slow to respond and truth to tell, their solutions never worked. (And no, I'm not a boomer who is baffled by technology). After spending literally hours I finally gave up (partially because I ran out of time - I had to return my old phone for the credit) So . . . I'm not giving one star - because I WAS able to get SOME of what they promised. But the time I spent - and the utter failure to retrieve my text messages is the reason that I would not recommend this product to anyone.
