To my dismay, both of these critical communications have been met with what can only be described as a disheartening silence. Understanding the constraints of the holiday season, I expected some delay. However, what is inexcusable is the complete absence of any form of acknowledgement or response, even after their official business hours resumed. Minehut claimed that some agents would be available during the holidays, yet it appears this was not the case, at least in my experience. This lack of response has not only left me in a state of unresolved distress concerning the fraudulent activities on my account but also questions the credibility and reliability of Minehut's customer support system. What value does a support team hold if it fails to respond to urgent and significant issues like fraud and breach of terms of service?
