One of the worst internet providers in Singapore. Please avoid them completely if you need reliable internet connection. I took a 2 year subscription by mistake, There is internet disconnectivity often and its annoying when it happens during an important meeting. The support is even worse. I wonder if they were trained to handle customer support. Speed also mediocre. They advertise 10 GBPS but give you 2.5 GPBS router. Please pay a bit extra and get better internet connection with Singtel or Starhub rather than whizcomms.
