Absolutely disappointing
Absolutely disappointing. Bought a personalised framed photo for a relative as a Christmas gift. They took one look at it and burst out laughing. The guys head in the photo was not complete and looked like a different person. The website promised a colourful photo, and what we received was a faded wash out. When asked for a refund, only 30% was considered. Another option offered was a redo... now why would I want you to redo something for me that lacked the standard of what was promised? I will not rest till I take this to the proper authorities and a fair outcome is received. When you promise something, deliver. If you can't deliver, be humble about it, own this as your issue and offer a solution that's fair to your customers. Needless to say, I will never buy from you again. I don't know how you're still allowed to sell to Australia. We're usually quite strict about adhering to the quality you promised.
