Zero stars
Zero stars, if possible. Complete rip-off. They enrolled me in a subscription unknowingly, with no cancellation option on their site. After hours of trying, they told me my unwanted order had shipped and couldn't be canceled. Their support gave me the runaround every time—utterly useless. Avoid at all cost. Update I have spent the last two days embroiled in a frustrating battle to cancel an unauthorised order. Rather than taking responsibility for their mistake, the company sent a generic reply saying they would investigate—but after roughly 20 pointless emails, they have offered zero resolution. I am no better off than when I started. My advice: avoid them at all costs; they are a complete scam.
