DECEITFUL SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!
These scam artists claim to be from Texas and yet tracking shows their products are coming from CHINA!!!! I am very diligent about checking websites to assure the products I order are coming from the United States. When a company says they are in TEXAS I expect my order to be shipped from TX, not CHINA. This company is VERY DECEITFUL!!!! I ordered ornaments on December 1st and here it is January 7th and not only did they charge me on December 1st but I still have NOT received my order. When I check the tracking they provided, it shows that my order is in an unending holding pattern. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!! Update: On January 7th I requested a refund. They continued to stall & said the order was still on the way. I waited another week. When I checked tracking on January 16th it showed the package was SEIZED by the post office for "Counterfeit Postage" and will not be delivered!! I have again insisted they refund my money. They have responded and said they sent the refund but I haven't seen anything yet.
