Excellent keycaps, responsive support
My item was shipped late and I wasn't informed immediately but I did place my order during the holidays so they get a pass. They also reply fairly quickly via email when I asked about my item's shipping status. I ordered the Hu Tao keycaps and the quality is excellent, all keys appear to be complete, and the printing is good and looks as advertised.
