DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I received a faulty product and have been trying to arrange for a refund and return as per the company's own policies yet they believe it easier to try to negotiate a 50%, and then later 70% refund instead of honouring their own advertised policies for returns or refunds on faulty goods. All evidence requested, including videos of the faulty product have been sent & received yet they still refuse to honour their own returns & refunds policy.
