I had a very serious and extremely disappointing experience with Tranbay / Changsha Chuanbei Supply Chain. My inventory worth more than $4,000 USD was supposed to be shipped to Amazon warehouses in the United States. After I fully paid for the shipping service, I was later informed that my inventory had allegedly been “disposed of.” However, when I asked for proof, they were unable to provide any documentation showing what actually happened to my goods. They could not provide: * disposal certificate * destruction certificate * warehouse documentation * inventory reports * photos * any official proof that my inventory was actually destroyed What made this situation even more concerning is that I have messages that appear to show representatives of this company encouraging another transporter to tell me that he had gone bankrupt so that I would give up trying to recover my inventory. I have screenshots, invoices, payment proof, and conversations between me, this company, and the other transporter. I have been doing business with China for 15 years and have worked with many honest and professional companies. I have never experienced anything like this before.
