Mower hasn't arrived and im being fobbed off.
My mower hasn't arrived yet but I'm finding the UK sellers to be unsatisfactory. I bought it, got a notification "it's on its way" and that it was on 48 hour delivery with tracking. After 48 hours the tracking wasn't working so I did online support only to be given a runaround for an hour and have the session terminated twice. Turns out that the 48 hour delivery only starts when the parcel is delivered to the Parcel Force and it is currently between UK and China. Mamotion support were disingenuous in claiming that delivery would be soon and evasive when questioned. This leaves a bad taste and I may reject delivery if its not resolved quickly.
