Unresponsive
I ordered a mattress in mid-December. About a week later the tracking number kept saying it was arriving in an overseas port. Then, on Jan 3, 2024 it said it was delivered in the afternoon on Jan 5, 2024 and has stayed at that status since. I have tried to contact them on many occasions with no response. Just took my money and hid.
