Poor customer service
I ordered a jacket from Yeezysshop order reference 3929044827, it cost £135, after waiting 5 weeks I was told that the item was no longer available and so I asked for a refund, even though they are still advertising the jacket on their shop to buy!! They were reluctant to refund me and pushed me to have another jacket instead. I wasn’t sure as it wasn’t what I wanted but they told me it was very similar to what I had originally ordered and put pressure on me. When it arrived 7 weeks after my order date the style was not the same at all and I didn’t like it. I received it on Christmas Eve and they will not let me return it for a refund. They have not been helpful at all and I have had a very bad experience, so please be careful on this website. Yeezysshop is not good and I would not recommend anyone buying from them. With that said I have given it a 3 star because I had made 3 other purchases around the same time from other shops and have been very happy with the service and products I’ve received, it is not fair that the other genuine shops have to suffer, I would suggest anyone looking to purchase from this site to do some research first before making a purchase N.B 25/01/2024 I have still had no result from this purchase and I’m unable to get hold of Mitch, from customer services. I had purchased another jacket from a different seller, which arrived, damaged in transit and faulty. The seller is claiming no responsibility and is refusing me to send the item back for a refund, saying I have damaged the item, which I haven’t and Royal Mail have told me it is NOT my responsibility to be sorting this problem out but the sellers . This jacket cost me over £100. So my advice would be to be very careful about what you are purchasing, ask about the returns policy before making any purchases and make sure you receive a returning address before you make your purchase because if it isn’t what you wanted, is damaged or faulty you will have a battle on your hands to get it resolved. I have purchased this latest Jacket through Klarna and have asked for there help, for which they are investigating.
