I had to change my booking.
I had to change my booking a week before travel and tried to make a change (stay 3 days not 4) online. the only thing I could do was cancel my booking and make a new one. I tried booking a new one but it would have cost more for 3 nights than my original 4 nights. We went on the trip and of course checked out a day early but no refund. no one to talk to just an AI assistant.
