This company is a SCAM
Purchased two of the travel irons. After several weeks I chased up the order confirmation email to see if I could track the shipping. The update emails showed that the parcel had been delivered already but I have not received the delivery. I reached out to the seller for help and they said to check with my local post office. They couldn't do anything as the seller needs to lodge a claim for a lost parcel. The seller was completely unhelpful and all they did was suggest I ask my neighbours if they received the parcel. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
