I have bought a domain for nearly $25k USD 8 days ago and it was communicated clearly before the transaction that the seller values speed in payment and speed in transaction and that the transactions are usually fulfilled within 24hrs. Upon this information I paid within an hour of purchase and lined up press coverage and media coverage to the new website. Now, 8 days later I haven't received the domain yet which has caused huge disruption to my business but the worst thing is, that every time I call dan.com I receive conflicting information. Sometimes they tell me the seller has transferred the website and fulfilled his part and that it's now a matter of hours and when I call next time, a different person on the phone tells me the seller hasn't transferred the website to dan.com yet. It's a complete mess and everybody in the company just seems to make things up. Please help with this. The broker who was super responsive up until payment was made, has been ignoring my emails ever since.
