Incompetent underwriting staff
Incompetent underwriting staff. You will have to keep providing the same information time after time. I got to the point where I grew frustrated with providing the same bank accounts information over and over. So I withdrew the refinance application for the second time and paid the remaining 4 hundred and something off immediately. So unless this is your last option for a loan I don’t recommend this company (very unprofessional).
