Impossible to return with this company. Stay away.
My wife, Nayade, asked me for a game console for my birthday. The games would freeze, the microphone wouldn't pick up the voice in games like Nintendog. My wife requested a return because I don't want a console like this, and we haven't received a response. After almost a week, they've offered a partial refund? What don't you understand about me not wanting a console like this? A birthday present has to be something you like, and I don't like this one. It's just sitting in its box, unused, absolutely nothing, zero. The company operates by not responding; they are playing at being a ghost that offers no solutions. At this point, we will end up requesting a chargeback from the bank. We don't want to do this because we really want to return the console output, but if we don't get any response, that's what we'll do. Terrible customer service.
