I'm sad that I even have to do a one star for this company. I never received my item and only after I reached out to the company twice did they finally determine that my address was not correct and had been returned. Then they wanted me to pay $10 more for shipping to get the item shipped back to me or reorder it at 50% off. When I advised that I was no longer interested in the item and to cancel my order and refund my money, I was told by the company that it was my fault that there was an incomplete mailing address and therefore they could not and would not refund my money. Just to be clear I never heard there was a shipping issue until I reached out to them after waiting for 4 weeks for the item, and they wanted me to pay again or will not return any of my money. I still never got the product...terrible company, terrible customer service!!!!! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
