Failed to activate
Purchased online because I needed to clone a drive. The code provided did not work, and customer support took half a day to get resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I needed to clone the drive right then, so I had to purchase different software. Easeus refused to provide a refund for this unactivated software, citing their terms and conditions. Maybe the software works, maybe it doesn't. But their online activation is broken, and the customer support is unsympathetic about this. UPDATE: EaseUS offered a partial refund, which I accepted. It's unfortunate that the initial code didn't work, and that it took longer than expected to resolve the issue. If you're in an emergency - like I was - this might not be the best company to work with, but overall they do seem interested in helping their customers.
