Horrible response time
The customer service reply time is to slow when u need immediate assistance. The only way to get in touch is to send an email and an auto reply is generated but to tell u they will get back to you, and that they are out of the office and part are in office but will take them longer to reply. I email regularly and don’t get a reply back to three days later. This doesn’t help when u need immediate assistance. Then the app claims to be undetected but play store scans the app and requests that it be uninstalled. Then what happens the app is uninstalled
