They take orders they know they can’t fulfill and then lie about it
I ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock but wasn’t through their AliExpress store. Instead of contacting me to let me know, they waited for me to inquire then told me it would take 15 days to restock. 15 days later, noticing the item was now listed as “pre-order” on their website, I contacted them again. They changed the order status to shipped (even tho nothing has actually been shipped, but making it so I couldn’t easily cancel the order anymore) and told me it was gonna ship this week. Needless to say, nothing has been shipped, the item is still listed as pre order and I have no real estimate of how long I need to wait for my keyboard. Assuming I’ll ever receive it. They never offered any compensation for the waiting time and the mistake on their part. I’ll wait for the end of the week and then I’ll try and get my money back either though AliExpress or PayPal. Do not buy from this store unless you like to gamble your money, but then again there’s slot machines for that and I have a feeling those are more reliable than this joke of a seller.
