Poor and terrible customer service
Poor and terrible customer service. Ended 6 chats without solving my issue, zero ticket or even email support. Website and account verification glitch. They kept on ending my chat without resolving the problem or even a clue of how to solve it. It's better to have a conversation with a Bot than the human support team at Flutterwave. Extremely useless, because they have no idea of what you're talking about. I requested for my account to be closed, surprisingly, the ended the chat too and resufed to respond. You don't wanna solve my problem and you don't wanna let me go either?
