Extremely poor support and follow up
I placed an order for a product on 30/12/2023 and received a confirmation email immediately however after 4 follow up email from myself they are yet to provide an update on the status of the order. Their customer service is extremely poor and i have no confidence they will actually deliver my product. I will be lodging a complaint and refund request with PayPal so hopefully they will stop supporting them. EDIT UPDATE - 12/02 after getting notified from Trustpilot they finally contacted me and asked me to email them with the details of the order which is hilarious since they never pick up their emails. They also advised my item was being shipped and provided a tracking number to a tracking site all in Chinese and hasn't been updated since 15/01 but apparently i did received a bonus of a free iPad Pro. What a joke I have never been so scared to click on a link in my life and absolutely will not be doing so. I just want what i ordered 6 weeks ago.
