Horrible experience there website sis say there processing takes up to 8 business days so in the 9th business day i emailed them to get a reply one of your items is out of stock please pick a new item out of our in stock items to complete your order. I replied with No just refund my money you have had for over a week i waited a day didn’t get a reply then emailed i am still waiting on my 100% refund they emailed me back saying we are short for the delay here is a $12 gift card to use on your next order would you like us to continue processing your order. I replied i have already asked for a refund any other action is disrespectful i want my refund it’s been 3 days and nothing
