Review of Bitfufu's Service and Customer Support Title: Urgent Call for Transparency and Fair Compensation from Bitfufu As a dedicated member of the Bitfufu community, I feel compelled to share my recent experiences, echoed by many fellow members, regarding the service disruptions we've encountered. For over a month now, our operations have been significantly hampered, and the 1:1 compensation offer presented by Bitfufu falls short of addressing the gravity of the situation. Our concerns, repeatedly voiced in the Bitfufu Telegram group, seem to have been overlooked, leaving us in a state of unresolved tension. While we witness other Bitfufu hosting sites operating smoothly, Bitfufu continues to market new plans, a move that raises questions about priorities and fairness. We are not seeking undue advantage but are urging Bitfufu to provide: 1. A clear, detailed explanation for the persistent service interruptions and the apparent inability to migrate our plans to more stable hosting environments. 2. A suspension of new plan sales until a tangible solution is offered to current plan holders, ensuring the preservation of service quality and support. 3. A reconsideration of the compensation terms that genuinely compensates for the losses and inconvenience we've faced. Our commitment to Bitfufu remains strong, but it is contingent on the company's willingness to engage in a sincere, transparent dialogue and to offer equitable solutions.
