DO NOT ORDER EMBROIDERY
So I ordered two types of sweaters, one was just the minimal outline of my pets, this turned out OK. However DO NOT ORDER EMBROIDERY. Arriving 2 months later..... It is TERRIBLE. NOT AS ADVERTISED. The word stitching was one colour not two (border and inner) and it was so messy and sloppy with random threads shooting off of each letter and connecting letters... My dogs tongue and ears where white threat instead of pink (as advertised) and all his black was grey ( have you ever seen a brown and grey German Shepherd?) And looked SO cheap and awful. When I contacted customer service, they offered a 10% reimbursemt after asking for a full refund... Then 20%, then 30%. When I demanded a full refund they told me I would have to pay shipping and wait for them to receive it to inspect it before making a refund decision. I said no you guys can pay for the return because it's your ignorance to quality that puts the fault of the situation on you. And that they could refer to the image to make that decision.... They didn't respond. I wish I could upload an image. I am certain they are deleting negative comments on their socials. Terrible product, terrible service. I can't imagine how many people got scammed this Christmas.
