horrible
horrible. they dont answer messages / chats / emails and no phone number. all I want to do is cancel my order as it is not going to arrive EVER. do not order from here . update : after writing my review , they contacted me and refunded me. so at least they did that. still I think not being able to contact them is an issue - and way too long to ship items .
