Shockingly unhelpful customer service at UOB
UOB Singapore credit card customer service is a joke. I hold AMEX and OCBC credit cards which I always had no issues with. Last month I signed up for a new UOB card and had a transaction problem. Deli, the customer service representative is very polite but super unhelpful. He kept asking his manager who gave him abysmal customer instructions, and when I asked to speak to the manager, all I got were bad excuses why his manager could not come to the phone. I am not even sure if he gave me a real name in the end. So just to be clear, this customer service call happened at 12.51 on Sunday January 21, 2024 and lasted 30 minutes with no results.
