Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company, and equally poor customer service. Ordered in November 2023. Website priced all items in £GBP Credit Card bill showed a different amount and also charged a foreign exchange currency charge - it would've been helpful for clearer communication that this would an extra charge. Items were allegedly delivered in December, following email notification. Items weren't delivered, I was at home all day on the claimed delivery date. I have made numerous attempts to resolve with the company, however that keep telling me to get in touch with the courier - the courier cannot find the order number. Stay well clear, they are clearly trying to scam people
